This Governmental Audit Quality Center (GAQC) archived web event titled, Understanding the Changes to Yellow Book Independence, held on February 21, 2019, provides information on the most significant changes made by the Government Accountability Office in the 2018 edition of Government Auditing Standards (or the Yellow Book) relating to the independence standards, especially as it relates to the performance of non-audit services including financial statement preparation.
