Use the Association version for US when recording, interviewing, or otherwise gaining
information and insights from individuals in the U.S.
Use the Association UK and ROW version when recording, interviewing, or otherwise gaining information and insights from individuals outside the U.S. -- in the UK and ROW (rest of world). This is written under UK law. Note: A specific form to capture a country’s local law may be needed.
