The Proposal Meeting Prep List is included in the Offer step of the Trusted Client Adviser process. Schedule a meeting to present a proposal to the client. When discussing pricing, stress the added value provided by the engagement and incorporate the options presented on the Pricing Tool. Review the Overcoming Pricing Objections Tool to be prepared for price oppositions and questions. Use this list to facilitate your meeting.

Use the Proposal Meeting Prep List to ensure that you are adequately prepared for the proposal meeting. Be prepared to quantify and articulate the engagement details and to discuss your pricing options. During the meeting, make sure that you and the client are on the same page as to the nature and scope of the engagement, the timing, the price and the way in which you will bill.
