Once you have identified a potential Trusted Client Adviser engagement, whether after an initial client consultation or on your own while completing current client work, you will need to get buy-in from your client manager. Use the Make Your Case Tool if you do not know how or when to present your ideas. This tool will provide tips on how to best prepare for the meeting with your client manager so you will be in the right state of mind and will have the necessary documentation. The tool will also provide tips that can be used to form an agenda for the meeting when you pitch your idea.
