This document reports the major findings from a survey conducted with AICPA’s Government Performance & Accountability Committee practitioners exploring governmental resilience to financial shocks. Detailed within are some of the impacts on these practitioners and their organizations. The committee attended roundtable discussions and responded to surveys facilitated by academic researchers as part of a long-running exploration government resilience.
