Client Evaluation Tool and Client Disengagement Letter
The Client Evaluation Tool provides guidance in evaluating your existing clients and ranking them based on set criteria. After conducting this evaluation, terminating a few clients may be necessary. When you’re ready to terminate a client, use the Sample Disengagement Letter to properly end the relationship.
