Opening April 8: Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) Program
SVOG applications are expected to open April 8. Read about eligibility requirements, how this program interacts with the PPP and other COVID-related programs, accounting considerations, what you can do now to prepare, and much more in this comprehensive SVOG resource open to all AICPA members. Entities interested in applying can sign up for updates via a splash page for the SVOG application portal. Single audit 6-month extension
Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-21-20, Promoting Public Trust in the Federal Government through Effective Implementation of the American Rescue Plan Act and Stewardship of the Taxpayer Resources, includes a 6-month single audit submission extension for single audits of fiscal years through June 30, 2021, that have not yet been submitted.
