This very popular annual live webinar is specifically designed to assist member firms in preparing for employee benefit plan audits that file a form 11-K with the SEC. It will focus on practice issues facing firms in auditing these plans. It also will help participants understand and prepare for a PCAOB inspection by providing an overview of the inspection process and roundtable discussions related to recent inspections.

The panel will discuss new PCAOB Form AP, requiring the disclosure of the audit engagement partner, newly effective AS no. 18 requiring new audit procedures in assessing and evaluating related parties and related transactions, and the PCAOB recodification. The session also will provide a summary of basic 11-K requirements; a discussion of new accounting, reporting, and auditing requirements; and an opportunity to ask questions of the experts.

  What to expect from and how to prepare for a PCAOB inspection
  New accounting and reporting requirements
  New auditing requirements and PCAOB standards on the horizon
  Basic 11-K reporting, filing, and audit requirements

Panelists for this webinar are EBPAQC Executive Committee members Gary Greer, Partner, Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, and Alice Wunderlich, Partner, Deloitte LLP; and EBP expert Cathleen Finneran, PwC. The webinar will be moderated by EBPAQC Executive Committee Chair Jim Haubrock, Partner, Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co.
