AICPA Pre-certification Education Executive Committee (PcEEC)
PcEEC assists the academic community in preparing students with the core competencies needed for entry into the profession by recommending continuous improvements in curricula, instructional materials and pedagogy. The committee encourages and supports the recruitment of talented students into the profession. The AICPA has many member and volunteer committees that work with the Academic & Career Awareness Team staff. Additionally, the AICPA has strategic alliances with other organizations that serve the accounting education community.

AICPA Foundation 
The AICPA Foundation was established in 1922 to advance the science of accountancy and accounting education. It's core purpose is to benefit the public by supporting financial education and ethical business behavior and promoting a culturally diverse profession.

State CPA Societies/State Boards of Accountancy 
The AICPA collaborates with state professional associations and licensing boards to promote the profession and guide individuals who are pursuing the CPA credential.

AICPA National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion
The AICPA’s National Commission on Diversity & Inclusion, which includes representatives from minority professional advocacy groups; large, medium and small firms; state CPA societies; and leaders from business and industry, government and education, is designed to identify strategies that will increase the number of and the advancement of underrepresented groups in the accounting profession.
