Robert Gardner
Manager, Economics & Energy Division, ExxonMobil Corporation, Irving, TX

Rob is the Manager for the Energy and Economics division of the ExxonMobil corporate strategic department based in Irving, Texas. In 2001, he began a series of management assignments in ExxonMobil Gas and Power marketing in Houston. Rob assumed his current assignment in April 2009.
The group he manages is responsible for preparing ExxonMobil’s Energy Outlook.

Rayola Dougher, Senior Economist, American Petroleum Institute, Washington, DC

Rayola is a senior economic advisor in API’s Media Relations department. She currently is one of API’s principal spokespersons, focusing on informing policymakers, the news media, and the public on energy market issues and trends.
