Catherine Schweigel
Cathy is the Managing Principal - Assurance Quality for CliftonLarsonAllen with over 25 years of public accounting experience, primarily serving clients in the Manufacturing and Distribution Industry. In her current role as the MP, Assurance Quality, Cathy has overall leadership responsibilities for maintaining and promoting the highest standards of excellence for the firm's assurance services practice and other related matters. Cathy is a member of the Quality Team responsible for managing risk and maintaining quality in the practice. This role includes consulting with engagement teams, leadership and coordination of our firm's peer review and inspection process, coordinating our PCAOB inspection, participation in the AICPA Peer Review Board and Assurance Services Executive Committee and past participation on the AICPA National Peer Review Committee and AICPA Auditing Standards Board.
Brian Bluhm
CPA
Brian is a Partner at Eide Bailly and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Quality Officer. He has 30 years public accounting experience providing services to a variety of clients, including SEC registrants, manufacturers, equipment dealerships, wholesale/retail companies and construction contractors. Brian has more than six years of private industry accounting experience and more than 15 years of experience in performing peer reviews, including assignment as the team captain on several local and regional firm peer reviews. Brian is currently a member of the AICPA Peer Review Board and National Peer Review Committee. Brian served on the AICPA Auditing Standards Board from 2010-2012, the AICPA National Peer Review Committee from 2006-2010, the AICPA PCPS Technical Issues Committee from 2003-2006, and the Center for Audit Quality Professional Practices Executive Committee from 2014-2016. Additionally, he served as the Peer Review Committee Chair of the Minnesota Society of CPAs from 2015-2016 and has served as a RAB Chair since 2013. Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion.
