Innovative revenue streams in a changing world

If the past few years have taught us anything, it’s that we need to be comfortable with the uncomfortable. As funding sources dry up, organizations and not-for-profits (NFPs) specifically have to be creative when it comes to alternative revenue streams.

This webcast, part of a monthly series hosted by the AICPA Not-for-Profit Section, will explore innovative revenue streams from the perspective of the practitioner, tax preparer, and others involved in NFPs.

Key Topics

  • Revenue sources in an NFP
  • Government funding

Learning Outcomes

  • Identify how to evaluate and consider alternative revenue sources.
  • Determine what NFPs should consider about government funding opportunities, including compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Indicate key takeaways from an operational, tax, and accounting perspective.

Who Will Benefit

  • Finance processionals working in or with not-for-profit organizations
