Regan Walsh
Regan Walsh is an NYU-certified executive and life coach who focuses on helping people who are overprogrammed and underwhelmed to reclaim their lives, both personally and professionally. She contributes to Harvard Business Review and Forbes, and has been featured in Fast Company,,, and Smart Business. She has coached thousands of people through her one-on-one and group coaching programs, and she is regularly asked to give keynotes, facilitate workshops, and speak on panels for Fortune 500 companies, industry associations, and foundations. She has done so for clients like Nike, QuickBooks, and JPMorgan. Regan is located in Columbus, Ohio, and coaches people from all over the world.
Jeremy Lurey
Dr. Jeremy Lurey is a talented organizational consultant and leadership coach who partners with his clients to improve performance and produce better business results. With more than 20 years of progressive experience as a management consultant, he is a trusted adviser for and has supported clients ranging from small family businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, including numerous not-for-profit and government agencies. Previously honored as a Top "40 Under 40" executive of the year by The M&A Advisor, Dr. Lurey has particular expertise in change management, talent management, process improvement, leadership development, strategic planning, succession planning, and executive coaching. Dr. Lurey holds MS and PhD degrees in Organizational Psychology as well as a BS degree in Communication Studies. In addition to his role as a consultant, he frequently presents at professional conferences and seminars, serving as an adjunct faculty member for various organizations. Over the years, he has also authored several publications on organization development, change management, succession planning, leadership excellence, and family business.
Gillian Lees
Gillian is the Head of Research & Development at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), responsible for developing CIMA’s thought leadership and policy responses on governance and risk across all its key global markets. Gillian has written and presented widely on the subject, particularly in respect of how boards can oversee strategy and risk effectively by understanding their business model within the context of a changing external environment. She is also CIMA’s Technical Lead on a wide range of CGMA projects and authored the flagship report for the 2014 World Congress of Accountants, New Ways of Working – managing the open workforce.
