Matt Stirrup
Matt Stirrup is currently Senior Vice President within Oracle’s Global Business Finance team with responsibilities for Corporate FP&A, managing the enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting and planning processes, overseeing management performance reporting, and is the lead finance business partner for several Oracle Sales and Development groups, supporting their strategic growth. As part of Oracle’s internal transformation to the cloud, Matt has managed the implementation and deployment of Oracle’s Cloud EPM solutions for use in Oracle’s forecasting and planning processes and Oracle Analytics Cloud for the development and delivery of management reporting and business insight. Matt meets regularly with C-suite executives to offer advice and best practices on how to leverage technology, organizational change, and process transformation to more effectively and efficiently manage planning and business insight processes to help businesses grow and create more value. Matt joined Oracle in 2010 with the Sun Microsystems acquisition, where he had worked since 2001.
Ash Noah
CPA, CGMA, FCMA
Ash Noah is Managing Director, CGMA Learning, Education and Development, at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. In this position, Ash leads the Research, Examinations and Product Development for the Management Accounting Unit. His primary responsibility is to ensure that the Association’s Finance Competency Framework, Syllabus, Examinations and Learning solutions are effective and remain relevant to the practice of Management Accounting. Ash works closely with Finance Leaders globally, identifying the trends impacting the finance profession. Ash was the CFO for the International Unit of TNT global express logistics provider and has led finance transformation in teams across 45 countries. He is a licensed U.S. CPA, a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation holder, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
