In 2008, the AICPA Women’s Initiative Executive Committee (WIEC) sponsored a pilot workshop program that is now known as Retaining and Developing Women Leaders: Organizational Strategy Workshop. These “boot camp” workshops helped firm leaders establish initiative to develop and retain female employees.
