Those portions of the ASB meetings relating to (a) the establishment of standards through ASB statements and (b) other auditing, attestation, and reporting matters directly affecting the public interest are open to the public. Meetings of subcommittees and task forces of the ASB, including meetings of the Audit Issues Task Force (AITF), are not open to the public.
