The Tax Adviser “Best Article” Award

The winner of The Tax Adviser’s 2006 “Best Article” Award is Arlene M. Hibschweiler, J.D., MBA, Adjunct Associate Professor, Accounting and Law, State University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo, NY, for her two-part article, “Can Your Tax Client (or You) Go to Jail?” in the April and May 2006 issues.

The author received a specially designed plaque.

The best article of 2006, chosen for its usefulness, practicality and readability, was selected from among the articles published in The Tax Adviser’s January through December 2006 issues.
