This blog provides a sense of the ideas being discussed by the congressional staff, think tanks, and trade associations.

Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO) is the leading association for unclaimed property professionals who work for businesses holding unclaimed property. Tax, accounting, and law practitioners are dealing with more and more unclaimed property issues. Some UPPO members are employed by consulting firms and some by large businesses with unclaimed property issues. UPPO provides education to businesses on unclaimed property compliance, audits, and voluntary disclosure agreements.
