Inside AICPA Forensic and litigation services volunteers recognized. Two
Win New Award for Volunteer Efforts Anat Kendal, AICPA director of financial planning, award winners Ueltzen and Durkin, Sandra K. Johnigan, forensic and litigation services subcommittee chairwoman, and William F. Ezzell, AICPA past chairman. The awardestablished in 2003acknowledges the contributions of Institute committee, subcommittee or task force members who have advanced the litigation services or forensic accounting practice areas for CPAs. Durkin, national partner in charge of fraud and misconduct investigations for KPMGs Los Angeles office, is a former chairman of the AICPA FLS subcommittee and has played prominent roles in the litigation services and fraud conferences. Ueltzen, managing partner of Ueltzen
& Co., in Sacramento, is a past member of the FLS
subcommittee and serves on an AICPA professional ethics
executive committee task force addressing FLS issues. |
