Most executives (62%) think employees and companies benefit from fun
and humor in communications and management style. Although only 4% of
the executives admitted to having “humor consultants,” many said their
companies included “having fun” in their mission statements.

Executives said their organizations incorporated humor into management style.
The executives cited the therapeutic effects of humor.
