Women Partners
on the Rise

Although women now make up about half of the workforce at the 25 largest CPA firms
and constitute half of today's accounting graduates, they still lag behind men
when it comes to making partner. However, a survey of those firms revealed that
more women are making partner today than ever before.

Among the 25 firms surveyed, the percentage of partners who are women rose steadily.

Three Big Five firms are among those who have the highest proportion of women partners.

Many of the top 25 firms aggressively added women to their partnership rolls this year.
