Correction
In the Official Releases section
of the June issue of the JofA (page
105), the italic introduction preceding Statement
on Standards for Continuing Professional
Education (CPE) Programs gave an incorrect date
for compliance. The third sentence should read as
follows: “Those who are not licensed to
practice as CPAs but have a CPE obligation as
members of the AICPA must comply with these
standards effective January 1, 2002.” |
