Inspire the Next Generation of CPAS

Share your CPA Exam survival stories at was created by the AICPA to be the new virtual vault of accounting wisdom for aspiring CPAs, more specifically, for college students and CPA exam candidates. Among the best features on the site are the CPA Exam Diaries, where freshly licensed CPAs get to tell their survival stories and give advice to those who are succeeding them.

We all know that passing the exam isn’t easy, but it’s a worth-while journey to take. Not everyone passes the first time and that is something that students want to know upfront. How do you keep the momentum and get through all four parts of the exam? That’s where you come in.

The AICPA is looking to expand its CPA Exam Diaries. We can tell you more about them, but why not see for yourself? Check out the first two diaries and decide if you'd like to see your picture up on these pages.

Here are some of the criteria we are looking for in volunteers:

    • Newly licensed CPA
    • Took at least 1 part of the exam in the past 3 years (so you remember the good, the bad, and the ugly).
    • People who did not pass on the first try (and those who did). Your persistence is important to share with the world too.

If this looks like something you would enjoy being a part of, email us at
