Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, Mr. McGaffin was admonished, effective June 4, 2012, as a result of the Consent Order that he entered into with the Arizona State Board of Accountancy. Specifically, the state board ordered that Mr. McGaffin pay an administrative penalty for failing to comply with CPE requirements for registration renewal; and failing to timely comply with the Board’s request for CPE documentation.
