As a result of a decision by a hearing panel of the Joint Trial Board, Mr. Lingerman was admonished effective July 12, 2012. Mr. Lingerman was found guilty of violating AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, Rule 501, Acts Discreditable, as supported by Interp. 501-5, Failure to follow requirement of governmental bodies, commissions, or other regulatory agencies, for failing to register his firm with the PCAOB as required by Section 102(a) of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
