    Jim has been a frequent speaker to many State CPA Societies, the AICPA and other organizations on topics specifically related to technologies used by the business community today. He has been consulted by numerous Firms throughout the United States on appropriateness of technologies being employed within the Firm and has also been a frequent speaker on related topics for the New Jersey Technology Council, NJ Biz Magazine and other organizations. Jim has authored many articles dealing with firm technology issues and was featured on the cover of past issues of Accounting Technology Magazine and Practical Accountant Magazine. In addition, Jim currently Chairs the AICPA’s Tech+ Conference and current member of AICPA Council. Jim is also a member of the board of directors for the New Jersey Technology Council.     Jim is the director of the Boomer Technology Circles ™ and an expert on managing technology within an accounting firm. He also serves as a strategic planning and technology consultant and firm adviser in the areas of performance and risk management. In addition, Jim is leading a new program, The Producer Circle, in collaboration with CPA2BIZ and the AICPA. Jim was selected for the inaugural class of the KSCPA’s "20 Under 40” Leadership Program and has been named to The CPA Technology Advisor’s "Forty Under Forty” list multiple times. He is an active member of the KSCPA and AICPA serving on the AICPA’s CITP credentials and TECH+ Steering Committees. Jim currently sits on the KSCPA board of directors and acts as the champion of the technology task force.     Randolph P. (Randy) Johnston, MCS has been a top rated speaker in the technology industry for over 30 years. Randy writes a monthly column for The CPA Practice Advisor, articles for the Journal of Accountancy, and creates articles for both accounting and technology publications, as well as being the author of numerous books. His influence throughout the accounting industry is highlighted once again this year by being a recipient of the 2010 Accounting Today Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting award for the eighth consecutive year. Among his many other awards he holds the honor of being one of nine technology stars in the U.S. by Accounting Technology Magazine. He was inducted into the Accounting Hall of Fame in 2011. He has started and owns multiple businesses including K2 Enterprises in Hammond, Louisiana and Network Management Group, Inc. in Hutchinson, Kansas.     Jennifer Wilson, Partner, ConvergenceCoaching, LLC
    is co-founder and partner of ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, a national consulting firm that develops customized leadership, succession, marketing, and training and development strategies for organizations in various industries. Named as one of Accounting Today’s 100 Most Influential People in Accounting, INSIDE Public Accounting’s Top 10 Most Recommended Consultants, and CPA Technology Advisor’s Top 25 Thought Leaders in public accounting, Jennifer has worked in both the public accounting and IT development sectors before co-founding ConvergenceCoaching, LLC. As a partner for the top ten accounting firm, BDO USA, Jennifer ran the National Financial Solutions Group practice with nearly 100 consultants providing financial systems selection, implementation, and support services to clients. Prior to BDO, Jennifer was Vice President of Sales and Customer Services for State Of The Art, Inc. (now known as Sage Software, Inc.) where she was responsible for the publicly-traded software publisher’s marketing, sales, education, and customer services functions.
