CPA Mobility Across the U.S. A national effort is underway to adopt a uniform system that will allow licensed CPAs to provide services across state lines without being subject to unnecessary burdens that do not protect the public interest. A total of 49 states and the District of Columbia have passed mobility laws and are now in the implementation and navigation phases.
