AICPA Announces Settlement with KAPLI Inc.

Press Release:  The American Institute of CPAs has settled its copyright-infringement lawsuit against KAPLI Inc., a review course provider, over KAPLI’s alleged use of certain of AICPA’s Uniform CPA Examination questions and test items not previously made public.
