New York Becomes 48th State to Enact CPA Mobility Statute
The CPA Advocate: September, 2011. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo signed a CPA mobility bill in August 2011 making New York the 48th state to ease the granting of practice privileges to out-of-state CPAs from substantially equivalent states.
