Tools to help your firm help you succeed

Mentoring Guidelines
The AICPA Work/Life and Women's Initiatives Executive Committee created Mentoring Guidelines that you can use to enhance your career development.  The Guide provides tools to help your firm create a traditional one-on-one mentoring program. It is filled with practical tips to get you and your organization started on the road to mentorship. It also contains information on finding a mentor as well as becoming a mentor and outlines the roles and responsibility of the Mentor and the Protégé. To obtain a brochure copy of the Mentoring Guidelines, please email educat@aicpa.org or click here to download the PDF version.
