Four-in-Ten Senior-Level CPAs are not Confident Their Companies are Meeting Their Goals of Securing the IT Environment

Four-in-ten (38 percent) senior-level CPAs are not confident their companies are meeting their goals of securing the IT environment.

That's according to the 2012 AICPA Top Technology Survey, which asked respondents to rate their organizational goals for technology in the coming year and how confident they were that they were being met.
The survey results showed that there was an opportunity for CPAs to better leverage emerging technology and a need to address security as it pertains to mobile devices used for business.
