    AICPA Supports Repeal of 3 Percent Withholding Requirement

    Newsletter The CPA Advocate: October, 2011.  The AICPA supported repeal of the 3 percent withholding law in a letter to House Ways and Means Committee members on Oct. 10.  The AICPA said it “strongly supports” H.R. 674.
