Member Ballot Materials and Instructions 


    The August 2010 ballot and related materials have been sent to the membership. For your convenience, the AICPA is also making the ballot materials available electronically. In order for your vote to be counted, your ballot must be received by the independent tabulator (IVS Associates, Inc.) by the close of business (Eastern Time) on October 8, 2010. If you have not received your ballot materials by August 24, call 888.866.3571 to obtain a new package. If you prefer, you may download the ballot materials. However, if you choose this option, and you do not have the return envelope that was mailed to the membership, you must address your own return envelope, pay the postage and send it to the independent tabulator. All ballots must be returned to the independent tabulator by mail; no other method will be accepted. You may fold the ballot. Folding will not affect the validity of your ballot. You must also:

    1. Sign your ballot.
    2. Print your name on the ballot.
    3. Insert your member number on the ballot.

    Note: If you do not use the pre-addressed envelope that was sent with the ballot packet, you should mail your ballot to:
