Fellowship for Minority Doctoral Students

Fellowship Overview

The AICPA Fellowship for Minority Doctoral Students program ensures that CPAs of diverse backgrounds are visible in college and university classrooms to serve as role models and mentors to young people in planning their education and careers.  These competitive, renewable fellowships of up to $12,000 are awarded annually to full-time minority accounting scholars who demonstrate significant potential to become accounting educators. For the 2009–2010 academic year, 21 accounting Ph.D.s were selected as recipients of this prestigious honor. View the 2009–2010 AICPA Minority Doctoral Fellowship Recipients.
