The Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center is governed by an Executive Committee that establishes general policies of the Center and oversees its activities. Members of the Executive Committee are appointed by the chairman of the AICPA Board of Directors with the approval of the Board and subject to the concurrence of the Executive Committee.
