| If your manager's boss asked you to work on a project and told you not to tell your manager about it, what would you do? |
|
Ah, secrets in the workplace ... they can sever valued, trusting relationships in a matter of seconds. What's the right thing to do when you're told to keep the confidence two levels over you? How would you approach this? This kind of ethical dilemma runs rampant throughout firms and companies. Among other resources, we found The Great Workplace: How to Build It, How to Keep it and Why it Matters by Michael Burchell and Jennifer Robin. The book is featured on the authors' website.
