Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, Mr. Dwyer’s AICPA membership was terminated, effective August 22, 2011, following revocation of his CPA license registration in connection with Securities and Exchange Commission suspending him from appearing or practicing before the Commission as an accountant.
