Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, effective August 23, 2012, Mr. Parker’s AICPA membership was suspended, coincident with the duration of the suspension period by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy, for failing to maintain documentation of the CPE that he reported on his renewal registration and provide it to the Board upon request.
