    Use your offline marketing efforts to promote your Web site. Include your Web address everywhere you list your phone number, including:

    • Print ads
    • Brochures
    • Business cards
    • Letterhead
    • Folders
    • Pens/pads/calendars
    • Press releases

    Work with key search engine providers Google, Yahoo and AOL to enhance the potential of prospective clients finding your site. Consider participating in a search engines sponsored search program. For instance, your firm could pay to be among the top three results when someone searches for a CPA firm within a certain county or state.
