The Work/Life and Women's Initiatives Executive Committee is a strong proponent of research to track the trends surrounding its mission: successful integration of personal and professional lives and the advancement of women to leadership positions. The committee will utilize the information to help employers develop programs and assist individual CPAs in career pathing.
