    July is American Heritage Month

American culture has developed through constant change and progress. The United States is home to all—it is a fusion of many different ancestries, and each unique culture contributes to what it means to be American. We live in a democracy—a country that gives us the freedom to choose. This month, let us celebrate our country’s independence and the “Great American Melting Pot” that we live in.

In America, there are many different generations that may exist in the same work environment. How do you effectively address each generation’s unique communication needs and learning styles? The D&I team participated in a Generational Diversity Summit to find the answer to this question—click here to learn more.
