The AICPA has always been keenly focused on diversity and inclusion in the profession; and has developed many programs which have increased the pipeline of students educated about the profession and on the path to CPA, this very important work will continue. Changing demographics of the communities in which CPAs serve has renewed the concentration on the advancement and retention of talented underrepresented minorities within the profession. In support of this effort many tools and resources are available for students, professionals and firms.
