Vice President, Professional Publications
Linda Prentice Cohen is the Vice President of Professional Publications at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She oversees product development and management of AICPA’s publications product line which provides guidance resources and interactive tools to support members working in the areas of accounting and auditing, tax, firm practice management, management accounting, personal financial planning, forensics and valuation services, and informational technology.
As part of Cohen’s role, she is responsible for directing the new product development strategy to deliver knowledge and drive competency through the delivery of content via an online research platform, interactive tools, eBooks and print books. In addition, she is responsible for the commercial licensing of AICPA content.
Cohen joined the AICPA as Director of Professional Publications and in that capacity led the digital conversion of AICPA’s professional guidance content, the strategic shift to single source content management, and launch of the online research platform.
Prior to the AICPA, Cohen was Executive Editor, Federal and Local Tax Business Unit at CCH-Wolters Kluwer. She headed the State Tax Portfolio and was responsible for content development and product management of state tax publications.
Linda earned a BA from Kean University in Union, NJ.
