Vice President, Strategy and Market & Competitive Intelligence
Jolene Carter-King is Vice President of Strategy and Market & Competitive Intelligence. In this role, she leads the AICPA’s short and long-term strategy efforts as well as market, business, and competitive intelligence for the Institute. Under Carter-King’s leadership, her teams lead corporate strategic development and planning efforts to drive growth and member value. She also oversees the Institute’s strategic intelligence activities.
Prior to the AICPA, she held a number of strategy roles, with the latest as Managing Director, Integration and Growth Acceleration at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB). Carter-King also served as Managing Director of Strategy and New Product Development at CEB as well as worked for IBM delivering corporate and business strategy services to clients.
Carter-King holds a Master in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler where she was the Robert Gilliam & Katherine Willcox Kittrell Fellow, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Mary Washington in Business Administration and International Affairs.
