About the AICPA Foundation, Inc. 

The AICPA Foundation was established in 1922 to advance the science of accountancy and accounting education. 

AICPA Foundation Board of Trustees: The Board of Trustees of the Foundation includes eleven trustees, one of whom currently serves on the Board of Directors. The Trustees include a president, vice-president, a treasurer and eight other members, including a member of the National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion and a representative of the Accounting Doctoral Scholars Advisory Group. The Board's secretary and assistant treasurer are AICPA staff members.
